Gas or Electric BBQ's are allowed on the premises but not on the balcony. Wood burn fire pits and charcoal BBQ's are not permitted anywhere on the premises or community grounds. All ductless Daikin HVAC units must be on the same setting (heating or cooling) when running or it will trip the breaker and stop working.
