"way too noisy and not a good neighborhood for pets and people alike. I think Chelsea or upper west would be more suited than here. "

"It’s quieter than a lot of neighbourhoods in midtown yet a block or two away from all the crazy part of midtown. Close to Penn station and Herald Square which is extremely convenient. "

"The area has great access to public transportation. you have the A,C,E two blocks away the 1,2,3 about 3 blocks away the m10 bus the 34th street crosstown bus and the 7 train. Cabs are easily accessible as well as quick response from Lyft or Uber. There's even a company that rents electric scooters near by as well as limited mobility scooters. "

"They would like a nice dog park area for dogs to play. It would also be helpful for water fountains to exist in the area. It would be easier for walks."

"I live on 8th avenue in the most congested part of NYC, but I still love it! There are some sketchy people lurking around a lot of the time, especially late at night, but I’ve never had a problem walking home late by myself. There’s so many people around at all times that you’re never really in a secluded area. "
