Application Fees:
$49 Application Fee with approval.
Must Pass Credit, Criminal and Eviction Checks.

Applicant has the right to provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in HB 23-109, Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides a PTSR, PH Apartments is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for PH Apartments to access or use the PTSR. PH Apartments may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old.

1-bed | 1-bath units: $155.
2-bed | 1-bath units: $155.
Security Deposit: $1,000
Tenant billed separately for electricity & gas.
