"It’s a nice and safe area. I feel safe walking out at night with my dog. It’s also fairly quiet and near the busy area of Beverly Hills. It’s not the best with parking and visitors but something to work around. I’d rather my car be safe and not constant,y worried about having break ins or dirty streets."

"Great location for BHUSD schools, walkable neighborhoods, restaurants and parks nearby. BH Farmers Market every Sunday is especially fun for kids. Beverly Hills is a great place to raise a family. Strong community feeling. "
