"Area west of Houston Ave has few sidewalks and little off-street parking, but the area to the East (downtown side) has lots of sidewalks, plenty of off-street parking, and is great for walking your dog. Plus the bike path on Spring St provides excellent access to White Oak Bayou trail and parks. Very dog friendly."

"It is very close to the highway which makes dealing with traffic easier. I work in Sugarland and going from here to there takes about 20 minutes in am traffic"

"The neighbor has lots of young professionals and young families. You have available parks and walking trails or you can walk to some restaurants and bars depending when you live. Most of the neighborhood is very walkable. I see the same people each afternoon and our dogs play together. I can walk to a basketball court and baseball field that also has a plangroubd for kids"

"This is a comfortable place to live with shopping, nature, coffee and more Washington Avenue is a good place to be inside the loop Very close to the bayou, downtown, medical, ..... Get rid of two hour commutes and enjoy living in a safe place close to everything. No flooding!"
