"Halloween is amazing with tons of kids, friendly neighborhoods, and small town feel. I know my neighbors by their first name and school is better than surrounding areas. Movies are cheap and restaurants are great with home cooked meals or upscale if that’s what you’d re interested in."

"This neighborhood is Kid friendly, pet friendly. We say hello to everyone and enjoy having get togethers in this community. It is small enough that 80% of us are known to each other. Our commitment has a neighborhood Facebook page that keeps us informed of any developments or just to say hello. We welcome new family to our community through this page and encourage new families to introduce themselves or just to ask questions about our neighbors and community. "

  • Parkspet
"There are plenty of parks and all come with “doggie waste” bags! There are sidewalks on most streets and you will see plenty of people out early or later in the evening walking dogs, biking or just walking for exercise. There are leash laws in the City, which is a good thing. Unfortunately, we do not have a designated “Dog Park” to be off leash and play with other pups..."
