Our basic rental requirements are; No evictions or eviction complaints in the past 5 years, a good bill paying history, 5 years employment history, Good Credit lowest minimum credit score of 570+ is required. Good rental history over the past 5 years. We are looking for "Drama Free Tenants" who want to stay a while.
*Tenant pays gas and electric utilities.
*Tenant is required to carry renters insurance.
*Owner pays for water/sewer/trash.
*Owner pays for lawn maintenance.
