"Great places to walk. However, many people disregard parking laws and leave their vehicles in more than half of the sidewalk attached to their driveway which you can be fined for but apparently the city doesn’t care."

"Cars sometimes drive to fast and miss stop signs. Always accompany your children, no place in America is totally safe, people who don’t live here can easily cruse the neighborhood and not be noticed. "

"These townhouses are ideal as a vacation home. Monterey has so many events each year, one is never want for something to do. The compound is gated and common area is beautifully kept. Whales, seal, and dolphins frolic just off the beach in my back yard."
