"best neighborhood in baltimore - you live near restaurants, but not next or over them. nice parks, 100% professional demographics - lawyers, doctors. Because of permit parking, on-street parking is rarely a problem (only 8x per year during the ravens home games). There are great pocket parks for playing ball with kids. 100% renovated, historic homes. "
