"Lots of open space for the dogs to run but the dog owner would probably run to with all the violence in Harvey. It is getting a little better but there are gang wars and shootings all the time. Just being honest. "

"This is a unsafe neighborhood. I am moving very soon. The crime rate is terrible. However there are a few convenient stores and schools but overall it’s a no for me. "

"Harvey is horrible! Water bill rounds to 200 a month and city of Harvey trash don’t even get picked up half the time. Biggest pot holes in America. "
