* Have photographic proof of identification from an approved government agency at time of application and lease signing.
* Not have engaged in any Felony within the past 7 years in which such person was guilty of a crime in which another person was harmed intentionally or otherwise.
* Have no more than a either of the following in the past five years:
* 1 eviction (see below for evictions)
* 1 Bankruptcy and/or foreclosure

"I live in this neighborhood and find it very friendly, convenient and safe. It is close to the city and the restaurants of Soulard, Central West and Dogtown. It is easy to jump onto hwy 60, 64 and 55 making it a breeze for traveling. Highly recommend living here."
