Our 1 bedroom-renovated apartments boast an open floor plan and updates. This unit comes with a separate storage unit in the basement. There is laundry on-site and off-street parking.

      In-person showings will be done after completing the application and submitting the required documents. (Income and ID information)
      To apply applicant/s must meet the following criteria:
      Must be respectful to your neighbors!
      NO SMOKING allowed
      No pets
      No felonies, drug, or violent offenses.
      No evictions
      Market Rent
      A credit score of 600 or higher (A low score option available for applicants above a 500 score)
      Proof of monthly net income (take home) at 3x monthly rent ($2,550)
      One year of verifiable rental history
      A security Deposit is Required no later than 24 hours after the application approval.
      Must be able to make online rent payments through our software
      $30 application fee for all adults over 18, (fee will not be processed until you agree to rent the unit) IF you are selected as our resident. All residents over 18 MUST be on the lease.
      The owner pays for water, sewage, and trash
      Coin laundry on-site!
