"I've lived here for 3 years. My dog loves Esprit park for the daily happy hour. Great local businesses, people are friendly. One wish - a small market. Potrero Hill has markets, not DP."

"I've lived in Dogpatch on and off since 2004. The neighborhood has changed a lot, and is in a constant state of redevelopment but it has a great location, easy access to public transportation and the best weather in the city. It's not quite a full 'neighborhood' as we don't yet have all the necessary amenities (e.g. grocery store) but we're getting there!"

"Area seems to be really safe. My neighbor has young kids and they seem to enjoy the area. There is a park for dog walking. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a year and I’ve enjoyed it. They call it the sunny side of SF and I feel like that’s true. It’s not super busy and a lot of the buildings still have a cool, industrial feel. Only down side is the lack of a large grocery store."

  • Lifenbalance
"Walking distance to AT&T Park, popular restaurants/wine bars, and UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay. Everything within a few blocks - climbing wall, gym, coffeehouses, chocolatier, cheese shop, delis, dog friendly parks, and so much more! Hop on the 3rd street Muni (minutes to Financial District and SOMA) and minutes from the 101 and 280."
