"The homless encampments behind our apartment make it feel real special. Sometime we get human feces on the sidewalk as an extra bonus of neighborly love. The city does t do anything to prevent this there’s trash all over we get no help"

"We Have Alot of families, Children, & Pets in Our Washington Neighborhood. It Includes About 6, Really Great Picker- uppers here. Also added the occasional tree chained trashcan! I, Would like to see a BLOCK party on Locust! Carnival Style, for the kids. Games, Prizes, Hotdogs, tacos, ect. Would a Before Halloween event, on a block or 2 be permitted? Early Trick or Treat, and carnival games? LOVE IT! "

"It’s like a downtown area without it really being in downtown. You can enjoy the beach, parks, restaurants, bars by just walking. But the place is pretty saturated with people. So parking is tough. "

"I love LBC my father was the first Samoan bus driver at Long Beach Transit I lived on the west side first then moved not to far from Snoop on the East side then moved the north where I graduated high school at Jordan high youngest in my class of 550 students but this neighborhood is and always be home to me "
