"Neighbors are generally awesome but the proportion of absentee rentals to owner occupied houses can present problems. About half of the landlords keep up their properties, and carefully screen tenets. The other half are on a scale of OK to awful. This is an excellent neighborhood for the young but now that we’re approaching 60, and 32 years of trying our best, we’re moving to Irondequoit. Your mileage may vary. "
