What Locals Say about Westside

"Close to downtown and other business areas. Not much to complain about other than the trains (but that’s essentially the whole city)."

"Folks are friendly and it's pretty quiet. The students make good neighbors, but the landlords do not. They don't respect your property, park in your driveway, dump trash, etc. Doesn't seem like a safe bet to buy unless you're west of Nichols. "
