"This is an excellent area to live. Walking distance to elementary school, Buhr Park/pool/ice rink, County Farm Park, and lots of other amenities. Less than one mile from Whole Foods/Barnes & Noble/Panera Bread/Walgreens and a brand new shopping center opening Summer 2013. Only approximately 4 miles to University of Michigan Medical Center and approximately 2 miles to the Big House! :-) Enough can not be said about this neighborhood in relation to the convenience to most everything in Ann Arbor. "
