"This is a family oriented neighborhood. I have the best nabors a person can have. The Schools are all like new. We have wonderful swimming pools with a large playground, picnic tables and BBQ pits in our community park . We have Palo Alto College and Texas A&M University with in a few miles."

"Overall neighbors are nice but hoa is a bit much. I would recommend for families. It is really nice around the holidays. Halloween is neat and recently we had our first community yard sale."
