"At least 30 min to most places with the exception of the grocery stores. Appx 10 min. Close to the 303 and 1-10 but most places require a bit of a drive "

"dogs are walked, yards are big and block walls to keep them contained. Pools at lots of house for dogs and people's use."

"Traffic is tough coming and going on Olive because Peoria doesn’t come all the way. Bottlenecks there. It’s also seeing construction right now so that makes it worse. Typically can get to everything within 15 minutes, and can reach airport in 45 minutes in clear traffic. "
