    "Patterson is a beautiful, quiet city, perfect for families with K12 kids. There is a local pool, teen center, several opportunities for recreation. The one downside is the mismatched cost of goods and services which is significantly high. Even the fitness facility overcharges. The neighbors are friendly and we've hosted a few mixers on our street to get to know them a little better. Like most communities, some people come out and others keep to themselves. We have enjoyed living in Apricot country!"
