"We have lived in this neighborhood for over 2 years. We are by many parks, easy access to Mount Charleston/Lee Canyon. Neighbors and Neighborhood is great, very low crime, safe feeling in the area,lots of places to walk. Best area we have ever lived in Vegas!"

"Mountain views, quiet and out of the way of traffic. A great place to come home to! Close enough to be convenient to shopping, schools, Ymca, Mt. Charleston, and other recreation. Not crowded like Summerlin or other upscale neighborhoods. Better prices on housing too. Lucky to live here!"

"Close to library, YMCA with pool, Floyd Lamb State Park, Mt. Charleston. All types of shopping, restaurants & services are so convenient and plentiful. Low traffic area with mountain views, a very serene & peaceful place to come home to! Easily accessible from I-215 & I-15. This area is not over crowded like Summerlin. The houses and lots are much larger and less pricey than what you pay for in areas like Summerlin and Aliante. No SID fees either. Centennial Hills is the best kept secret in Las Vegas as far as home ownership is concerned. Lots of parks, best school zone, and within a short drive to the center of Las Vegas strip."
