"I've lived in this neighborhood for over 2 years. It's beautiful, safe and well kept. There's permitted RV Parking on lots with RV gates, a neighborhood park, and spectacular mountain views. It's part of the Anthem Parkside HOA and includes all of those ammentities, ie: gym membership, outdoor pools, parks, etc. Great place to call home!"

"Excellent community, clean, and near the Anthem Community Center. Wide streets, next to the outlets, and the best part is we are about 20 min to Lake Pleasant, and about 1.5 hours to Flagstaff!"

"Pedestrian friendly, clean, well maintained area. Minimal traffic and nice wide streets. Plenty of shopping and dining, plus the Outlets are great. The whole area of Anthem is like new. Whether working or retired or will be retired someday, Anthem is a great place to live."
