"Homes have cement block walls in most back yards, so very secure. There are sidewalks and parks, along with desert regional park nearby for walking dogs. Haven’t seen many loose dogs or heard incessant barking. Be aware, though, this neighborhood really gets into fireworks on holidays!"

"The grass on walk ways has been replaced with gravel. The remaining grass is poorly maintained so there isn’t a cool area for dogs to walk and do their business."

"As a grandmother who keeps my grandsons on a regular basis, I’ve noticed the children at the park are friendly and well supervised. I also walk around the neighborhood frequently and the kids speak respectfully to me. Most homes are kept up and people also speak to one another. We went to a neighborhood HOA sponsored Movie in the Park last year that was well attended by lots of families. I feel safe here and am happy living in Circle Cross Ranch."

"I want the parents to know that there is almost no entertainment out here for kids.. No bowling, no Amazing Jakes, no trampoline parks. You need to drive atleast 30-40 minutes out to do anything fun."

"If you have a dog, beware that your elderly neighbor who is most likely a snowbird will find a reason to complain about them. Ie barking, pooping in the grass (if you pick up after or not) or dog playing off the leash. "

"Not too bad, considering there is construction to make things even better. More options to get to the freeway would be good."

"There are a lot of car accidents in this neighborhood. People seem very impatient, this is a comunity that is geared for families and the elderly , so go figure... I have witness a lot of road rage episodes. I think the police is a bit aggressive. You feel a sense persecution instead of protectors. There are a lot of police around but they are not very friendly when you run into them at the store. Better interaction would be better for kids. Out of all the times I have gone to the comunity pool, the People swimming are by passers from other states. It makes it hard to start lasting friendships. Crime is relatively less than in the city. "It’s good if you work from home. The commute is horrible as they built all the houses before thinking about how to get people in and out of the area. Really, really poor planning, yet they keep building more homes! "

"It isn't unique as it's a typical southwestern cookie cutter subdivision. Everything is painted in dull colors and stucco... blah We have been here 15 years so we have seen a lot of changes. The schools are all finally built, we have a hospital, shopping and restaurants. The roads need serious traffic help still, but they are getting better. I still cannot wait to move out of here."

"I have lived in this neighborhood for about a year and I really enjoy the peace here. It’s calm and it’s easy to let my kids play out in the front because cars respect the limit an they watch for kids. "
