7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a seventh grader here, and this school is pretty good academic-wise, but the children are another story. I am constantly bullied for being who I am, and I am mocked and laughed at. The kids swear, say slurs, there are fights, and the class environment is often rude and messy. Not a welcoming environment for neurodivergent or queer kids. Teachers are kind, but prickly about work due dates. The orchestra program is incredible and much different than the rest of the school. 6th grade was the exact same experience. I failed ELA one quarter over an assignment that was overdue by 1 hour. Please just take your kid to a private school.Student Review6mo ago - Mountain Road Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was a student here and like all students- I had my struggles. But the support I found from teachers and faculty was genuine and beyond what I imagine most high schoolers experience. With my child slated to attend SHS in a few years, I couldn’t feel more at peace with her most formative years in their hands.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 231 Milton Overlook Pass #8GCSC8.

"I’m 6 miles to I575. Our medical center is on Chastain Rd only 15 minutes from my house with our primary doctor and many specialists and an Urgent Care Center 24/7. There are many great places to eat and shop, go to Church or to Allatoona Lake within 6 miles. We’re retired so we have no need to leave Woodstock even to spend time with our family!"

"Every one has dogs and walks them. There are dog parks around and restaurants that allow dogs outside. People help you if you lost your dog. I like dogs. This question is making me write more words than needed to answer it. Am I at a 100 words yet? I’m bored with this. Don’t leave your cats out there are coyotes and others animals that will eat them. "Literally nothing unless you have kids in school. Sometimes downtown Woodstock will have some fest (like a concert) and that's pretty fun but other than that I wouldn't say there's anymore community activities that are just open to the general public"

"If you’re looking for an easy commute in to Atlanta forget about it. If you’re required to be at your job by 7 AM you will need to leave by 5 AM to beat traffic. If you leave by 5:30 you’ll be lucky if you make it there by 7am Woodstock/town lake is very nice but also very snooty. "
