"People walk their dogs and for the most part, they’re responsible for the pet’s waste. Unfortunately, people are less tolerable of middle school age children and high schoolers simply being kids. "

"A real sense of community. We all look out for each other; never is it as obvious as when the last bad storm came through. Everyone was out the next morning helping to clean up tree limbs and leaves from the entire cut-de-sac, not just their own yard, sharing tools, equipment and man power. "

"A bit of traffic around 4:00 to 6:00pm. My neighborhood is gated and has a very nice, exclusive Country Club. My neighborhood has it’s very own private security service and they constantly patrol the neighborhood."

"There are quite a few dog owners in my neighborhood. Most are responsible owners, but there are those that walk their dogs at night and allow them to relieve themselves in their neighbors yards. This is the part I dislike. I sit on my porch at night and you wouldn’t believe the things I see dog owners allow their dogs to do."

"It’s peaceful to walk your dog for the most part. However, there have been 2 occasions that 2 different dogs broke from the owner’s chain to get to other dogs. My dog was attacked by a pit bull who did just that. After watching a second dog break away from it’s owner, I no longer feel safe walking my dog during busy hours of the day. "

"It’s pet friendly. The biggest problem is getting blamed for other dogs’ mess. There are also a decent number of cars so dogs can’t run freely without a fenced in yard. However, there are a lot of houses with fenced in yards"
