"Vail Unified Scho District is the #1 ranked school district in AZ. Although, you don't have to live in Vail to attend Vail schools. many neighboring communities in Tucson get to attend the Vail school district schools without having to pay Vail township taxes for these schools. A great example of this is Rita Ranch, which is in Tucson, has a Tucson address, residents pay Tucson taxes but, their kids get to go to school at Vail schoola."

"I know my neighbors. I walk every day as we have walking paths. Great schools. The children are decent and kind. Easy going and low cost HOA. Crime is not an issue as it is not Tucson. New Safeway and other shopping just up the hill. Very quiet day and night. You will love living here."

"Ton of crime, mostly locals that rent in area. Lived here for 26 years as people moved in the quality went out the window, schools were never any good (Administrations, that is, the teachers are mostly good to superb.)"

"Some of the roads are dirt and not well maintained but passable. The school system is the best in Arizona. Close to Tucson for your needs but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. This part of Vail is rural so pets/horses and other live stock is no problem. Nice to see the stars at night."

"I live in this neighborhood and everyone is very friendly. There is transportation to all the local schools. Restaurants, gas, nail salon, dance studio, a Walgreens, just down the road. Not far fron Rita Ranch, where there is a Frys and Safeway grcery store. massage and tanning salon. Ace Hardware, Blockbuster, and many other stores and restaurants. Only 20 minutes from the airport. Great location to relax and retire or raise a family. Near interstate 10, so you dont have t drive through town t get the he interstate, or other locations. "
