Community Description
With our 37 years of home building experience, Roten Homes understands that there is no stronger reflection of ourselves than our home. We feel in today's world that having an energy efficient home is paramount. Roten Homes' insulation features include: radiant barrier roof decking, R-50 blown-in fiberglass insulation in all flat ceilings, R-13.6 spray in cellulose insulation in all wall cavities, and continuous R-4.2 foam board on all exterior walls for a total R-Value of 17.8 in all walls.
When framing out houses, we space our studs 16" on center, which is structurally more sound than 24" O.C. In order to decrease flexing and bowing under pressure, we only use 2"x12" headers above all doors and windows in this community.
Other features include: custom cabinets (3 different styles from very modern shaker cabinets to traditional), tile or vinyl plank in all of the entry and wet areas, crown molding, granite countertops throughout, satin nickel or oil rubbed bronze fixtures, 2" faux wood blinds, circulating hot water, full sod and sprinkler, 7' cedar fence with metal posts, and so much more. We have options for all styles: mid-century, modern, old-world, or traditional!
Quality is near and dear to our hearts at Roten Homes. Every item that goes into a Roten Home is handpicked to exceed our customers' expectations of quality. We want all of our customers to know we care and are doing everything possible to build them a house that they will be proud to call home.

"Lubbock is a large small city. On this W side of Lubbock, crime is low, close to interstate, a mall within 1/2 mile, another within 3 miles, great restaurants, parks galore. This particular neighborhood is private, with our own clubhouse, 2 pools, great neighbors, great schools, A truly family friendly, safe neighborhood. Most homes in this area are approximately 2500 to 5400 square feet. "
