"Sparks is like Reno, slightly quieter and not as run down. we still have everything they do. including events, fishing, concerts, movie theaters, and shopping outlets. depending on where you are located you might be able to even see both downtown Sparks, and Reno. as well the mountains and hills. I can tell you about all the crime, the homeless, the traffic.. which is clearly evident. but there is so much beauty as well.. wonderful architectural examples, and even parks and museums... "

"We have an AMAZING Elementary school a couple blocks away that is one of the best in the area. The staff are so wonderful and there are always great events happening for kids. We have a library not far away that’s also wonderful for all members of the family. Lovely neighborhood and neighbors. Grocery stores, shopping, Doctor offices and even urgent care and hospital is close. The Marina is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. It’s an outdoor lovers dream just 5 minutes from my porch to parking. Very convenient place to live with a lot of people who take pride in making Sparks so great."
