To avoid the complication and frustration of custom home pricing, we have set a base price for our most popular plans in this series and included a full standard features list providing the home specifications, as well as construction allowances. The allowances provide a way to prepare pricing, in general, for our homes. Of course, every lot is unique and may require additional work or expense including: clearing, fill, borings, pylons, utility lines, etc. Two significant issues can affect the price of any home on any lot, including the cost to fully prepare the lot and any local / Home Owner's Association or Architectural Review Board requirements. We are happy to review your lot and any documents related to the lot to provide guidance on these issues and the approximate affect to the overall cost.
Once you make all the critical decisions, we take on the building process and handle everything from pulling the permits to surveys, all inspections, and all day-to-day construction.
