"Too many people. Nobody can drive. There’s always traffic even at 1am. Takes forever to get anywhere nowadays. Maybe if more people used public transportation there would be less cars on the road. "

"I lived in this area for five years. The proximity to I-5, I-405, highway 99 and Alderwood Mall makes it a very convenient location, by car at least. Once I got into running and biking, I realized the area was not overly friendly to pedestrians. There are some construction projects along 36th Ave W which will hopefully make it a bit nicer in a few years. The area has a lot of traffic and is fairly commercial, so I wouldn't let kids or pets run around on their own. If you're commuting to Everett, Seattle, or the Eastside they are all pretty easy to get to. Commuting to Seattle will be way better in 2023 when the Light Rail goes to the Lynnwood Transit Center. "

"This is not a joke here. This place is NOT people, kid or pet friendly. They want to have total and complete control over everything you do. They are now collecting RENT on all animals you have, instead of a deposit system. They are now also REQUIRING all residents to carry renters insurance and show proof upon signing a lease. If you question any policy, you are immediately invited to move out that day. Finding parking is almost impossible unless you want to shell out MORE for a reserved carport or garage (expensive either way). Security around here treats you as if you have no right to be on the premises, as does management. Kids have no freedom and are also accused of causing damage without any proof. It simply is not a friendly place one they get you signed up. This is not just a case of sour grapes as we have been here many years without incidence, and have watched the current mgmt team pull this place down into oblivion with regard to the treatment of residents. Do yourselves well and steer clear of this complex."
