"The parks are near and many many other dog owners live here in the area. People are pet friendly too. More so than kid friendly haha"

"This neighborhood follows Bellevue mantra, "City in a park". Just about anywhere you, there are small nature paths, children's playgrounds, or big grassy areas. It's wonderful."

"It is still very pretty- many trees & parks; lots to do -pools, tennis, bike path, trails, beaches; safe- nice sidewalks, well lit, friendly neighbors that have lived here a long time and look out for each other. Plus, it is so close to everything... freeways, shopping/Bellevue Square, restaurants, downtown Bellevue, and Downtown Seattle is just minutes away- without a toll!! It is "trulia" perfect neighborhood! haha"
