"The area is down the street to Tysons Corner and convenient metro Dunn Loring, West Falls Church, and MeClean metro subway stops. Can be in Tysons in a couple minutes, Falls Church, Vienna, or Mclean. Just a great location and access to I 66/I495/Gallows Rd, Rt 29, Rt 7, Rt 123."

"Mature trees, half-acre to one-acre lots, 21st century homes. Creeks and wildlife. Many upscale professional families live here plus empty-nesters who like it too much to leave. Half a mile to the elementary and middle schools. One mile to downtown Vienna, two miles plus to either the Vienna or Dunn Loring Metro stations (30 minutes to Metro Center). Easy access to 66 and 495. Ten minutes to Tysons (except on 123 in the morning rush hour), ten minutes to the Mosaic District. Grocery stores galore. Top shopping and dining in abundance. Lots of parks & rec options. Extensive human and pet medical services. One of the Vienna neighborhoods that's very tough to beat."

"I Live and Work here. The area lacks any sense of community whatsoever. Very flood prone area. Constant traffic, construction, smog. "

"This area has a lot to offer - close to DC, close to Tysons Corner, close to the Metro, close to biking/running trails...the only down side is traffic. A regular "boom" area. I've loved living here."
