"The Commute is decent, flex lanes on 5400s really help to cut down on time as long as people understand how it works, which they typically don’t, however it does get you to main freeways quickly. Traffic isn’t too bad."

"We have the Utah Olympic oval, and hold fire water and ice every year at the rec center. It’s a fun celebration. We also have usana ampitheater really close, which can be really cool in the summer. "

"there are not many families with children in this particular area maybe in other neighborhoods. neighborhood is not very quiet. parking is very limited. "

"I love this neighborhood, the yards are well taken care of and I haven't seen any criminal activities since I bought this house in 2007. We have two parks at a walking distance and the neighbors I know are very friendly and we help each other especially when we go on a trip, I know they. will make sure my house is okay"

"Quiet newer neighborhood, Olympic Oval 2 blocks, schools 1-3 blocks, 3 parks within 3 blocks. close to transportation, shopping, highways. "

"I have lived in Kearns most of my life and it is a decent lower-middle class existence. People are friendly for the most part and there are lots of kids. Kearns has always had a worse reputation than the reality of living here has proven. We have never had any problems with crime and I've lived in Kearns for a total of 30+ years."
