"The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Occasionally I will find garbage accidentally spilled. There seems to be a lot of teenagers but they are pretty much good kids. I live right next door to Herriman High School and I’ve heard really good things. I also like how everything is so convenient. Herriman is a beautiful place to live."

"The Schools are great and there are a variety of Public, Charter and Private Schools. All of the Schools are fairly new. I also love the Different styles of homes. "

"About 35 minutes to work. 1300 S. Redwood Rd. Traffic is great around 6:30AM. 13400 S sucks on the way home especially if you need to turn going south on Mtn view corridor "

"I love the pathways to walk plus areas for the dogs to play together on leashes. Most of the dog people clean up after their pet, but there is always room for improvement in the winter time."

"It’s nice but all houses look the same in the newer area over by city hall. It’s nice that the rec center, park, library, etc are all near each other and it’s a really well taken care of area."
