"Most people like seeing dogs, but seem to believe all dogs are vicious at the same time. Also a lot of owners I've met are unwilling to pick up after their own dogs, making a majority of people upset to see your dog relieving themselves near their area of residence. "

"Lots of dogs, paths, parks and areas to walk your dog. Folks seem to pick up after their pets too. Traffic isn’t heavy so you don’t have to worry if your dog gets out."

"Everything is close by schools grocery stores baseball fields and fishing! Great activities for family to enjoy like movies at the beach water park and lots of splash pads thur out the city! "

"This area is a wonderful neighborhood and I have wonderful neighbors. I don't see any dogs around this neighborhood. I see stray dogs around the neighborhood but not owners walking their dogs"
