"225 to 610 to 45 gets you downtown in about 45 minutes...not a lot of traffic but 225 has a lot of big trucks/road debris/potholes. To me it is worth it to not deal with 45 traffic ;)"

"Cars drive slow for dog walkers and children playing. Also, the lots are a nice size. Everyone also picks up the doggy poop and the side walks run through the front yards."

"Everyone is cordial and they walk their dogs and pick up after them. It’s safe for children to play in the streets. They ride their bikes and hover boards. And all the moms look after them."

"have a good pair of rain boots, it floods a bit here. the water moves a bit slow. other than that, it's very beautiful. there is a nice family park with a table and benches, a play area and great parking."
