"Loads of kids walk home from Hobby Middle School. The elementary school at Colonies has more language diversity than any other school in the metro! More than half a dozen international decent grocery stores within a mile of Wurzbach and I-10. "

"This is a safe, wholesome, accessible area to live in. I have lived here for 15 years and desire to stay in the vicinity. Plus there are a variety of parks nearby and good schools. I highly recommend the Vance Jackson area as a place to call home! "

"In live in an apartment complex that allows for larger dogs, which is great! It’s hit or miss with how responsible people are for keeping up after pet waste though. Lots of grass and green though."

"We’re a set of apartments in a huge home district and close to 2 major highways. There is a Walgreens on each corner of the closest intersections which are about a mile down the road. We have a small section behind our complex that has some land but it’s mostly occupied residential properties "
