"my family has been here for a long time, at least 15+ years. I've lived here on and off roughly 3 years. always feels comfortable here. no constant worry about break-ins, or shootings, not even annoyingly loud or disrespect neighbors. I rented a property, not even 3 miles away and faced all of those mentioned, every. single. day. crazy how such a small distance can have such a huge difference between communities! Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. but still really nice! LOVE the pool. playground needs some upgrading for the smaller kiddos around! highly recommend this area! "

"There is a dog park now at the basketball court area. There seems to always be atleast one dog in there. "

"I worked graveyard and can't comment about how nice this neighborhood was. The only time you heard a bunch of stuff was Sat morning when folks would mow and the kids were out. This place was like a step back in time. Wish I never left......"

"Live an work here and really enjoy the neighborhood. Lots of major employers in the area and must be a good location for doctors because we have a bunch in our neighborhood. No crime and it nice and quiet. Our house took a small hit in value after we moved so it's a little under what we paid for it but that also dropped our taxes and I still feel like we got a bargain at the higher price. The schools are newer than our old neighborhood and with prop value on the rise again I am glad we bought when we did!"
