"pros:The taxes are lower than any other place. Can get to downtown, Galleria, NRG, Toyota Center, Rice university, TSU, UofH, and plenty parks. cons: no major grocery stores, restaurants. crime is medium, "

"I grew up in this neighborhood and now moved back into my grandparents home. Nice and mostly quiet. Every once in a while you will hear loud music as some car goes down the street."

"The back yards flood like pools and heavy flea infestation. Not really any dog friendly parks walking distance. Lots of strays as well. It’s sad to see during the winter "

"It is quiet. All the neighbors know each other and look out for each other. Not a lot of through traffic which is great because there are always lots of kids out playing."
