"lived here 61 years of my life and this neighborhood is centrally located you can go east ,west ,north and south. it's now a diverse neighborhood which I prefer."

"it's a food desert and is currently being gentrified. not much else to say. there's a corner store that should be closed down but obviously have someone in their pocket"
