"dirty and over priced alot of traffic a high police presence always speeding vehicles it is alot of trees and there is a nice park nearby but it's right off the main Rd there are alot of drug addicts walking around"

"there are a lot of loose dogs and half of them are mean and not dog friendly. people on the south of Akron don't pick up the dogs bodily fluids and keep our neighborhood clean."

"The marathon in September children trick-or-treating Christmas and Fourth of July and memorial day and Labor Day or best holidays or hang flags that might make this area so special other than that yeah loud music speeding cars please cars firetruck and ambulance every day feels like I’m in New York City all over again"

"This neighborhood is OK just got a watch your kids in the daytime there’s a lot of teens at night Fast cars and loud music Police cars firetrucks and loud music busy streets trucks cars fast cars Loose cats and loose dogs out of control kids running around in the mock you sure you are move in this area I’m trying to get out of this area"

"we have save a lot near by. close to downtown. walking distance to main Street saloon and breakfast diner. Sheetz down the street. close to giant eagle, dollar general, Marc's, McDonald's, Burger King "

"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 18 years. I’ve seen this neighborhood’s qualities shine recently. We know several neighbors on first name basis. People in the area are friendly in general. I recently got a puppy and the neighborhood is convenient for walking and there are many pet owners around and kids playing outside so it provides a homey feel. It’s a very central location to several major commerce areas too. "

"I’ve lived in my home for 10 years, I love it. There’s some unnecessary noise and unwanted activity but for the most part it’s a nice area. It’s safe enough to forget my packages are being delivered "
