"i grew up in south buffalo and recently moved back to same area and feel like i never left. 😊😊 neighbors are friendly and i love how beautiful the old houses and woodwork are and i run into people i grew up with all the time!! 💜💜 so basically im happy living back in my old stomping grounds and may look into buying a house here now"

"peaceful,friendly and safe,police patrol and three police live on my block it's mostly owner occupied kid friendly, pet friendly, everyone looks out for each other,everyone minds thier own business when needed great place close to shopping and stores,laundry, gas,post office ,all close and also close to mercy hospital "

"This area is the best kept secret in Buffalo. Seven minutes from downtown, great parks, virtually no traffic with malls and shopping all within 10 minutes driving. Mercy Hospital within walking distance. New waterfront development with beach only 5 minutes away. Skiing is only 15-20 minutes. Immediately feels like home. Wonderful neighbors who would love to welcome owner occupy as the majority of the nearby homes are. People in this neighborhood care."

"It's a dog lover's paradise. Neighbors are friendly, parks are abundant and city amenities are good. I bought here 3 years ago, have two dogs, and I just love the location for family friendliness, shopping, parks, the waterfront. It's the best part of Buffalo. Bar none!"
