"the young kids in the neighborhood that are disrespectful and hangout on every corner they rob and steal from anyone "

"I think in the few years I’ve lived in the area, it’s gotten notably better. The neighborhood is pretty quiet at night and there’s plenty of cops and school security in the area to help keep you safe. Can’t speak to the school system but there’s local parks to walk your dog and a branch brook park nearby as well. It’s also walking distance from Newark Penn Station right to manhattan, alternatively you can catch tons of bus options or the light rail. "

"Nothing at all not happy with my neighborhood to much shooting all of the time can't even have my kids go outside and enjoy it because the neighborhood is ruff."

"There are lots of schools near by the cop station is around the corner there are about two fire stations less than mile radius or so and lots of churches and shopping stores and groceries about a block or so away along w entertainment up the hill"

"The city is building very fast and you can always use transit to go anywhere. It’s crime but not as much as the past years. You gotta think it’s the city so there’s gonna be some crime."
