"Apartment complex has monthly events for the tenants. This gives tenants a chance to meet and greet each other. The rental office also has coffee, tea, lemonade and cookies available to tenants on a daily basis."

"Convenient to everything, great schools, safe area, sense of community, and easy access to public transportation. Lots of shopping and restaurants. South Park, Myers Par, and Matthews nearby. Also, easy access to 485 as well as 277/77."

"lock your doors. people will rob you blind any chance they get. some people are nice and some are completely rude, lots of people walking around everywhere. lots of people smoke pot outside. "
