"We've only been living here for 2mos. but we are so impressed by the friendliness & comrades that is shown by everyone in the community. it's very good to see a neighborhood with people who seem to REALLY card about each other & their surroundings. "It is a great neighborhood that I have lived in my entire life, the place has had its ups and downs but many of the houses are being re done and life is being brought back into them! The original owners of all these houses are dying off or selling so it’s becoming a much younger neighborhood "
