    "We love walking in this neighborhood, everyone is friendly and works to foster a sense of community. People in this area take pride in the historic quality of their homes. Close walking distance to parks and historic landmarks. Beautifully decorated during holidays! People from all over the city tour this neighborhood during Christmas season and it's a popular spot for families trick-or-treating. Last year, we gave candy to more than 1,100 kids from our front porch. What a blast! Our kids love riding their bikes to the parks nearby, and our retired neighbors are nice to chat with. We always feel safe, with a good mix of retired folks and young families in the homes around ours. Neighborhoods blend into a mix of smaller starter homes and sprawling historic beauties. "
