"I’ve lived here for a year. It’s relatively safe. Really haven’t had any issues. You get a lot of med students, nursing students who live in the area and attend KUMC. Houses could be nicer, but that’s KCK. "

"Since it is so close to KU, you get a very diverse neighborhood. You are in a central location to a lot of fun recreational activities and many different freeways. I love this neighborhood. "

"It is close to Westport, the Plaza, KU med, and I-35 highway. There are so many restaurants around and fun things to do, you’ll never get bored. "

"Walking distance to many amazon restaurants and parks. Excellent K-5 public school (Frank Rushton). Very little through traffic. Great diversity. Five minute drive to Westport, Plaza and Downtown. "
