"I've lived in this neighborhood for 3 years. People are very friendly and look after each other. There's always a friendly smile and a wave from neighbors. Everyone respects each other's privacy yet not afraid to step up if something doesn't seem right"

"Idaho is a Right to work state, there are Not many jobs. What jobes are available are introductory and at minimum wage. Nampa school district is bankrupted, schools have done many cut backs. Classes are crowed, the arts and music are not in many schools. We're waiting to see how this will effect sports. There are shopping centers, Good variety of restaurants & small mall. Down town Nampa is pretty much vacant. A few shops struggle to survive in this economy. There is a Sat market and lots of farms. Meridian & Boise are near by and easy to assess. You will need your own transportation as busses are few in Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell area. "
