"I love this neighborhood, all the old trees and the cool old Gingerbread houses on Canal. it's quiet and not a ton of traffic but close to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. wish I could buy a house over and stay forever!"

"It’s definitely shorter than many places, but climbing as the population rises in the valley. If you commute east or south rather than west or north, you’re in much better shape!"

"I just commute straight up Overland to work. Quick and simple. Bus lines and close proximity to the freeway and airport make this a very accessible area to catch public transportation to and from, no matter where you work."

"I have lived there for ten years. My back yard is the Boise Greenbelt. I love the community here. My neighbors are friendly. Due to the location wildlife visitors are the norm. Anyone would love living here."
