"Good up & coming neighborhood in walking distance of alot of cool places. I wouldn't call it unsafe, but its still Savannah so I would keep most things locked up. "

"I just moved a few blocks away from this area a month ago. So far everything has been stolen from my yard and porch. Three windows were smashed and the air conditioners were stolen. Not sure why so much crime when a new precinct just opened. Police have already been called to my house. They advised me to move."

"Starland First Friday. Great contemporary art exhibits in several galleries, shops and other businesses throughout the neighborhood. Amazing restaurants, brewpub and bars"
